Join us for the 18th Annual Flower-a-thon on Saturday, April 26th! Have fun finding spring wildflowers while raising support for local land preservation. You will get to learn more about all of the amazing spring ephemeral wildflowers and discover the beauty of some hidden local green spaces.
We will gather at Kirby Nature Center at 8:30 to divide into teams, pick up information, and share a light breakfast. Teams will have all morning to survey wildflowers and can search anywhere in the Western Wildlife Corridor. We will meet back at the Kirby Nature Center at 1:00 pm to tally the different species of wildflowers found, eat lunch, and award prizes.
